Windows: Windows XP SP3 or higher
Mac: OSX 10.6 or higher
Internet speed: Preferably 512 Kbps or higher
Headset, speakers and microphone: You’ll need headphones or speakers to hear the instructor clearly, as well as a microphone to talk to others. You can use a headset with a built-in microphone, or separate speakers and microphone.

Is this live training or will I watch pre-recorded videos?

All of the classes are conducted via live online streaming. They are interactive sessions that enable you to ask questions and participate in discussions during class time. We do, however, provide recordings of each session you attend for your future reference.

Is the course aligned to the latest exam and course changes implemented?

Yes, our training is completely aligned to the latest update done to the course by PMI.

What is the certification validity?

  • Your certification cycle begins the day you pass the exam and acquire the credentials.
  • To maintain your PMP credentials, you are required to earn and report 60 professional development units (PDUs) along with submitting the renewal fees, within this three-year cycle.

After PMP training, how much time do I have to schedule the PMP exam?

After you have passed the PMP application, you will have one year to schedule your PMP exam date and take the PMP exam. If you do not sit for the PMP exam in one year, you must restart your PMP application.

When and where do I take the exam?

PMP exams are conducted by Pearson VUE test centres. However, not all of them run it. To find the PMP exam centre nearest you, please visit the Pearson VUE website and enter your location details.

As Pearson VUE test centres offer several other certification, language and skill tests, it is possible that you might not find a timely accessible spot for your PMP exam date.

Therefore, we recommend you to schedule your PMP exam at least one month before the date you plan to sit for the exam.

Why have changes been introduced in the PMP exam?

The PMP exam has been restructured aligning with the September 2017 release of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide – Sixth Edition. The changes make sure of the compatibility between the Guide and the exam. The Guide is now, quintessentially, one of the key and crucial references for the exam, but it doesn’t mean that only the candidates’ knowledge of the PMBOK Guide will be tested. There will be no change in the PMP course or exam content outline.

Exam details

The exam is provided by The Project Management Institute (PMI)® which must be arranged after you have completed the required 35 contact hours.

The most coveted PMP Certification Exam takes the following format:
  • 200 multiple choice questions
  • Duration – 4 hours with no scheduled breaks
  • A calculator is provided (you may not bring your own)
  • As it’s a CBT (Computer Based Test), you will find out your score before you leave the test center

The pass mark is not set. It depends on how you answer questions that are of varying levels of difficulty. Please do not confuse the pass mark with being 61%; it was previously 61% but is no longer a set percentage.
